Pilates

Pilates is a system of exercises designed at balancing the anatomy, Movements are fluid rather than jerky, stretching muscles out to create sleekness rather than bulk.

 

It is a simple exercise that promotes muscle toning and develops flexibility and strength on a deeper level. We show how Pilates can be part of a good investment for a healthy future.

 

Yoga

Yoga is not about strength and flexibility. Strength and flexibility will happen as a secondary benefit when you practice.

 

Yoga advances your general wellbeing and cultivates and harmonises internal energy. Our instructor helps young people to improve postural balance and relieves shallow and deep seated stress.

Tai Chi

Meditation in Movement functions both as simple exercise promoting muscle tone, flexibility and strength and on a deeper level cultivating and harmonising internal energy through regulating the mind, breath and postural balance.
